Earnings Disclaimer
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The Short Version
We do not guarantee that you will make money.
Learn Factory sells education, mentorship and consulting. We teach a method for building and selling a programme in the United States market. We do not sell income, clients or a launch result, and we have never promised one.
The results we publish belong to specific named clients who did the work under their own conditions. They are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of what will happen for you.
If you are deciding whether to enroll, decide on the basis that you may invest money, time and effort and earn nothing back. That is a real possibility in any business, and it is the honest frame for this one.
Everything below explains this in more detail. The disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantee, promise, warranty or representation about any of the following:
- revenue, profit, income or earnings of any amount
- the number of clients, students, leads or applications you will get
- the outcome of a launch, webinar, campaign or advertisement
- audience growth on any platform
- the price you will be able to charge, or that anyone will pay it
- how long any of it will take
- entry into, or success in, the United States market
- any visa, immigration or residency outcome
No one at Learn Factory is authorized to give you such a guarantee. Not on a sales call, not in a message, not in a session, not in writing. If someone representing us appears to promise you a specific financial result, that promise is not ours, we do not stand behind it, and we want to know about it: write to support@learnfactory.org.
Nothing published by us should be read as a guarantee, including any statement about what is "possible", "achievable", "realistic" or "typical in this market". Those are descriptions of a range, not commitments to you.
2. About the Results We Publish
When we publish a case study, a testimonial, a screenshot or a number, it is a real outcome achieved by a specific named client. We publish it only with that client's written permission, and we do not invent, compose or embellish results.
What you should know about any result we show:
- It happened to one person, in their market, with their offer, their audience, their budget and their effort.
- It happened under conditions that no longer exist in exactly that form. Platforms change, ad costs change, demand changes.
- Most of our clients arrive with an existing audience, an existing offer or prior business experience. If you are starting from zero, your path is different and longer.
- The figures are usually revenue, not profit. Revenue is not what the person kept. Advertising, tools, contractors, platform fees and taxes all come out of it.
- Unless we say otherwise, figures are reported to us by the client and we have not audited bank statements or tax returns.
Compensation. We do not pay for testimonials. Some clients who appear in our marketing received a discount, extended access or a free session in exchange for the time it took to record or write their story. Where that happened, we say so next to the testimonial. Some clients are also affiliates or partners who earn a commission on referrals; where that applies, we disclose it.
Our own results. Where we describe what Learn Factory itself has done, those are our results as a company with our team, our audience and our years of experience. They are not an indication of what you will do.
3. These Results Are Not Typical
The results we publish are the strong ones. That is what marketing shows, and we are telling you so plainly rather than letting you assume otherwise.
We do not publish an average or typical earnings figure. We will not invent one. Our cohorts are small, outcomes are reported by clients rather than audited by us, and many participants are still mid-build when a programme ends. Any "average" we printed would be a number we could not stand behind, and a number you could not rely on.
What we can tell you honestly:
- A meaningful share of people who buy business education never complete it. That is true across this industry and it is true here.
- Of those who complete a programme, some launch, some do not, and the ones who launch get a wide range of outcomes including zero.
- The clients whose results we publish are among the best outcomes we have had, not the middle of the distribution.
- The single strongest predictor we observe is not talent or market. It is whether the person actually does the weekly work and ships something to real buyers.
If you are reading a result on our Site and wondering whether it is typical, the answer is no. Assume you will need to do the work and still may not get there.
We are building a proper record of cohort outcomes. When we have data we can substantiate, we will publish it here, including the parts that are unflattering.
4. Projections and Examples
In our content, sessions and materials we use numbers to teach: a sample funnel with conversion rates, a pricing model, a revenue calculation, a return-on-investment example, a scenario where a programme at a given price sells a given number of places.
Every one of those is an illustration of how the arithmetic works. None is a forecast of your business.
The inputs we use in examples are chosen to make a method clear, not to describe your market. Real conversion rates, lead costs and close rates vary enormously by niche, offer, price, audience temperature and season, and they move over time.
Any statement about the future is a forward-looking statement. It reflects a view at the time it was made and carries no commitment. We are not obliged to update it, and we do not warrant that it remains accurate.
If you build a financial plan on a number you heard from us, that plan is yours. Test the assumptions with your own data before you spend against them.
5. What Determines Your Results
We control the teaching, the frameworks, the feedback and the time we give you. That is the whole of what we control.
Your outcome depends on things we do not control:
- the product or service you sell, and whether people want it
- the size, quality and warmth of your audience
- your price, your offer and how clearly you can explain it
- how much capital you have for advertising, tools and production
- how much time you put in each week, and for how many weeks
- your prior experience in sales, marketing and delivery
- your English, and how you come across to a United States buyer
- your team, or absence of one
- the competition in your niche
- platform rules, advertising costs, algorithm changes
- general economic conditions
- timing, and a measure of luck
You make the decisions in your business and you carry their consequences. We give you a method and an opinion. We do not run your company, and we are not responsible for what happens in it.
The Services are education and business consulting. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or immigration advice, as our Terms of Service set out in full.
6. Risk of Financial Loss
Building and launching an online programme costs money beyond what you pay us. Advertising, software, video production, design, a landing page, a payment processor, possibly a contractor. Those costs are real and they come before any revenue.
You can spend all of it and sell nothing. People do. A first launch that does not convert is a normal outcome, not an unusual one, and the money spent on it does not come back.
So, plainly:
- Only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.
- Do not borrow to enroll. Do not put a programme fee on a credit card you cannot clear, and do not take a loan against the expectation of earning it back.
- Do not enroll with money you need for rent, food, medical costs or your family.
- Do not treat a fee as an investment with an expected return. It is a purchase of education.
If the price of a programme would put you under real financial pressure, the right answer is not to buy it. Tell us and we will point you to free material instead. We would rather you came back in a year with capital than enroll now and lose it.
This is not investment advice and Learn Factory is not a financial advisor.
7. Statements by Other People
Guest mentors and contractors. We bring in specialists to teach parts of a Programme. Their opinions, numbers and examples are their own. We do not adopt them, verify them or guarantee them.
Other participants. What members post in the community or say in group sessions is their own claim about their own business. We do not check it. Treat another participant's revenue screenshot the way you would treat one from a stranger on the internet.
Partners and affiliates. Anyone who promotes Learn Factory under a referral arrangement earns a commission and is required to follow this disclaimer. If a partner promises you an income result, they are breaking our rules and we are not bound by what they said. Report it to support@learnfactory.org.
Third-party tools. Where we recommend software or a platform, we are not responsible for its performance, pricing, policy changes or outages, and we make no claim about results you will get with it.
Unofficial accounts. The only website we operate is learnfactory.org and the only email address we use is support@learnfactory.org. Treat any other account promising earnings in our name as fraudulent and tell us.

This disclaimer applies everywhere we communicate, whether or not it is reprinted there:

If you have seen a claim made in our name that promises an income result, or a testimonial you believe is misleading, tell us. Send the link, the screenshot or the name of the person who said it. We investigate every report, correct what is wrong, and end our relationship with partners who make earnings promises.
